Thomas Duane Scouller

April 28, 1934 -- Nov. 6, 2008

Thomas Duane Scouller of Sequim died of a stroke at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles.

He was 74.

He was born in Yakima to Thomas Vernon and Esther (Eastley) Scouller.

He married Patricia Kay Hatcher in Seattle on April 24, 1954.

Later, he married Eileen ¬­LeBrun in Alaska on July 4, 1970, then Bonnie Jean McClennen in McCleary on March 15, 1980.

The third Mrs. Scouller died on May 3, 2008.

Mr. Scouller, a laborers union member from 1964 to 1984, was a laborer for Seattle City Light, then moving to Alaska to work on the Al-Can Highway and the Alaska pipeline.

Mr. Scouller enjoyed baby-sitting and watching his children and grandchildren grow.

He attended the Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include sons Timothy Duane Scouller of Sequim and Steven Scouller of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; stepson and stepdaughter-in-law John and Angie McClennen of Yulee, Fla.; daughters and sons-in-law Trina and Frank Noble of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Tammy and Brent Blevis; stepdaughters and stepsons-in-law Kathy and Don Pelley of Tacoma, Cheri and Robert Page of Sequim, Leanne and Bob Smith of Tacoma and Lenise and Greg French of Puyallup; sister and brother-in-law Evelyn and George Biehly of Camano Island; 22 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by sons Thomas Ray Scouller and Greg Scouller.

Services: The family will hold a private gathering.
